GUS Pizza Day: Pre-Pay

Second HALF OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

STARTS ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2025

Please write your students’ name and grade (5-8th grades, please include homeroom) and circle the number of slices per week and the corresponding amount.  ALL FORMS AND MONEY SHOULD BE RETURNED TO YOUR HOMEROOM TEACHER. CASH or CHECK ONLY (made out to: Glen Urquhart School, Memo: Pizza).

As a reminder, Wednesday is Pizza Day at GUS, where students can purchase slices of pizza for $2/slice. Pizza is ordered from Ellie’s pizza, and GF options are available. You may opt-in to pre-pay, or continue to bring cash.
