Continuous Enrollment

Continuous enrollment allows families to sign an enrollment contract once, with the option to opt-out each year, rather than having to complete and sign a full contract year after year. Continuous enrollment makes it easy for you to keep your child(ren) at GUS!

Key enrollment dates to keep in mind:

  • Jan 31, 2025: Deadline for current families to apply for Family Individualized Tuition.

  • March 3, 2025: Deadline to submit a withdrawal form. You must contact the admission office to request a withdrawal form.

  • March 5, 2025: Initial enrollment deposit due for school year 2025-2026 (15% of tuition).

Tuition Management

All tuition payments must be made through Rediker. Timely payment of tuition and fees is a condition of enrollment. The first tuition payment for school year 2025-2026 is due June 5, 2025. After that, payments are due according to the payment plan selected as part of your digital enrollment agreement. Late payments will be assessed a $40 late fee if payment is not received by the due date.

Once an enrollment agreement has been signed, the obligation to pay annual tuition and fees is binding and consistent with the deadlines set forth in the Cancellation Schedule:

  1. On or before March 5, 2025: Annual Deposit for the upcoming school year

  2. From March 6 to June 11: 30% of the annual tuition and fees for the upcoming school year

  3. From June 12 to July 30: 60% of the annual tuition and fees for the upcoming school year

  4. July 31 or after: 100% of the annual tuition and fees for the upcoming school year
